- Personal Information: When you register, we may ask for your Name and Phone Number for OTP verification and account creation.
- Location Data (Background & Foreground): We collect your precise location data to enable ride booking, driver tracking, and navigation features, even when the app is running in the background during an active ride.
- Microphone & Audio: We use the microphone permission solely for the purpose of enabling In-App Audio Calls (WebRTC) between drivers and customers. We do not record or store these conversations.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (Advertising ID).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To connect customers with nearby drivers.
- To calculate ride fares and distance.
- To display advertisements via Google AdMob.
- To improve app performance and fix crashes.
3. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and services due to the following reasons:
- Google Maps Platform: For navigation and location services.
- Google AdMob: To display advertisements.
- Firebase: For authentication and analytics.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
